The registration fee includes: admission to sessions and visits, conference materials, coffee breaks, 3 lunches and a conference dinner on 12th June 2025.

Accompanying Person registration includes the cultural visit to the University of Coimbra and the conference dinner, both on the 12th June 2025.

Cancellation policy; Registrations cancelled until 21/02/2025 will be subject to a penalty of €150,00. Comfortable rooms, free WiFi, restaurant and parking. Conference venue is approximately 800 metres from this hotel.

ASTORIA COIMBRA HOTEL,3* BREAKFAST INCLUDED SINGLE OCCUPANCY - 100,00€  DOUBLE OCCUPANCY - 110,00€ - The hotel has 65 rooms in an Art Nouveau building dating from 1926, in a very central location, opposite the River Mondego, next to the medieval Baixa and its traditional shops, and a few minutes'walk from the Cidade Alta, with its famous University and most of its centuries-old historical attractions.  Conference venue is approximately 900 metres from this hotel.

COIMBRA AEMINIUM HOTEL,4*  BREAKFAST INCLUDED SINGLE OCCUPANCY - 100,00€  DOUBLE OCCUPANCY - 110,00€ - Situated in a residential area, a few metres away from the university hospital. The rooms are decorated in a modern style with pastel colours. All rooms have a TV with cable channels, a minibar and a work desk. The Restaurant Baga, offers a  selection of Portuguese, international and vegetarian cuisine. Conference venue is approximately 2 km from this hotel.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change and you need to cancel your booking, please note that you will be charged the full amount unless we are successful in re-selling the cancelled room. Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of €30,00. In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, you will be charged for the entire booked stay.
